A form or message does not create a booking. Service is confirmed only after scope, price, terms, date and payment arrangements are accepted through the company’s booking process.

Pricing and scope

Quotes use the inventory, access and requested service information supplied. Material changes, undisclosed items, external delays or extra requested work may require a revised scope and price, agreed before additional work proceeds.

Claims and limitations

Scheduling and service commitments apply to the accepted scope, customer cooperation and confirmed access. They do not guarantee outcomes affected by inaccurate information, restrictions, unsafe conditions, disruption or events outside reasonable control.
