How the service works
A clear scope for a controlled villa move
A complete villa move brings many individual tasks into one written plan. Instead of treating packing, access, furniture, transport and destination setup as separate last-minute decisions, we establish the inventory and responsibilities before the crew arrives. This gives the household one clear scope and gives the moving team the information needed to prepare suitable materials, people and vehicles.
Begin with the property, not a generic package
Two villas with the same number of bedrooms can require very different moving plans. One may have easy driveway access and modular furniture; another may include narrow internal stairs, outdoor seating, oversized wardrobes, artwork and several storage rooms. The survey records the features that affect time, materials and handling. We also clarify what will move, what will remain, what the customer will carry personally and which tasks must be completed before moving day. That information forms the basis of a personalised quotation rather than a vague estimate.
Define packing and protection room by room
Complete service does not mean every object is treated identically. Kitchens usually require smaller cartons and careful wrapping, while books need compact boxes that remain safe to lift. Clothing may travel in wardrobe cartons, and larger furniture may need corner guards, blankets or stretch protection. Fragile décor, mirrors and artwork are identified separately so their handling is agreed in advance. Clear room labels help the destination team place cartons efficiently instead of creating one large stack that the customer must sort later.
Coordinate villa access before the vehicle arrives
Driveway position, gate width, visitor entry, community permissions and the distance between the villa and the loading point can affect the schedule. Customers remain responsible for obtaining approvals from the relevant owner, landlord or community management, but we ask for the confirmed arrangements early. Where a vehicle cannot remain beside the entrance, the plan may require extra carrying time or different equipment. Children, pets and household staff should have a safe route away from active lifting areas throughout loading and delivery.
Keep moving-day decisions with one household contact
The crew leader confirms the scope and protection priorities before work begins. One authorised customer representative should be available to answer questions about items that are moving, room destinations and any last-minute exclusions. This reduces contradictory instructions and helps the team maintain sequence. Personal documents, passports, jewellery, cash, medicines, keys and irreplaceable small valuables should remain in the customer’s own care rather than entering the general moving inventory.
Finish with placement, checks and agreed reassembly
At the destination, room labels guide boxes and furniture to the correct part of the villa. Agreed items are reassembled and major pieces are positioned under the customer’s direction. Before the crew leaves, the customer should check accessible rooms, confirm that listed furniture has arrived and inspect reassembled pieces. Packing-material collection, unpacking and detailed organisation are included only when written into the quotation. A clear completion check protects both the household and the moving team from uncertainty later.
